The HIPAA Implementation Newsletter
That's All Folks - Friday, July 11, 2003

When we began publishing The HIPAA Implementation Newsletter on March 2, 2001 we said: "This newsletter is our way of sharing what we know with others who are interested in HIPAA. We will publish the newsletter when there is material and as we have time, no more than once a week and at least once a month."

We published 59 issues in 28 months. We learned a great deal about HIPAA as we researched material and prepared each issue. We were rewarded by requests for subscriptions from almost 400 interested people across the United States and, in a few cases, beyond.

We have had some interesting HIPAA consulting assignments with a variety of clients. We have made many new friends. We still find HIPAA interesting and will continue to track developments as the industry and agencies deal with the challenges and opportunities. However, we now have other professional commitments that don't leave us the time we need to publish the newsletter. We may be back, we'll let you know.

In the meantime, thank you for your support and interest.
